The Waterfront Tower, Dubai Marina, Dubai - U.A.E.

A luxurious 20-storey and 2-Basement residential tower located in Dubai Marina was handled by Hamilton Project Management. The project is considered state-of-the-art in the area and comprises 2 storey villas, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, large sky villas and 2 penthouses with private swimming pools and gymnasiums.

The interior design was done by the esteemed Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA) from USA. The total built-up area was 150,000 sq.ft and the cost $US17 million.
