Luxurious Villa On Palm Island, Dubai - U.A.E.

The project is situated on the world-famous Palm Island of Jumeirah and utilises 3 large plots of land, whereby a 2-storey luxurious private villa with huge reception areas, the Majlis, dining rooms, a number of bedrooms and specifically designed landscaped areas with a large swimming pool, were built.

Furthermore, the project included a 2-storey recreational building with lounges, bars and sleeping quarters.
