One @ Business Bay, Dubai - U.A.E.

HPM were the project managers for two “flagship” projects for a dynamic and innovative client in Dubai. The first of these, a Commercial Tower of 33 floors, was completed at the entrance to Dubai’s newly-emerging commercial centre, the Business Bay.

The tower structure consists of 3 Basements, Ground Floor, 3 Podium levels and 30 storeys of first-class office space, totalling built-up area of 77,003m2.

Unique to this commercial tower is that the floor areas increase progressively as the building rises, resulting from the tilted façades creating a majestic gateway for the Business Bay.
