Major Shopping Mall, Dubai - U.A.E.

Hamilton Project Management personnel have been involved in the preparation of tender documents for a 5-storey post-tensioned concrete shopping mall in Dubai.

Work included liaison with client-nominated subcontractors, preparation of Tender Drawings, Bills of Quantities, Specifications, Tender Evaluation and contractor selection. Other members of staff have been involved previously in the construction of major shopping malls.

Their role in construction companies have included supervising the preparation of structural and architectural shop drawings, co-ordinating works of different trades (i.e. civil, electro-mechanical, architectural finishes, etc.), further contributing to out staff's vast practical experience in constructing shopping malls.
