Hilton Hotel, Doha - Qatar

We are currently engaged in the project management of this 5-Star Hotel in Qatar. The luxurious beachfront property is located in the diplomatic district of Doha, and has a built up area of over 500,000sq.ft. The hotel structure comprises a large podium section with four levels of facility areas and two mixed-use lower level floors.

A 22-floor tower block in the shape of a horseshoe rises from the podium comprising sea facing guest rooms, suites and a rooftop restaurant. A total of 308 rooms and suites are to be accommodated. A notable feature of the hotel is the glass-covered atrium, which extends all the way down to the lobby level.

On one side of the atrium, a glazed wall extends the full length of the tower block and flanks the typical floor corridors, in front of the panoramic guest elevators, which overlook the atrium. Handover by parts is presently underway.
