The Gemini Business Bay, Dubai - U.A.E.

Totalling gross floor area of 388,679 sq.ft, the aptly titled "The Gemini" is a proposed 19 storey high rise building in Dubai, Business Bay. It is composed of an official podium providing retail space, and an impressive high rise part, accommodating commercial offices.

The building’s four basements are used for car parking. The building comprises two roof gardens on 4th floor and 15th floor respectively, and a health club on the 4th. Its construction started in March 2007.
