39-Storey Luxury Office Building (Al Attar Tower), Dubai - U.A.E.

HPM were appointed as Project Manager for this prestigious 39-storey office building, situated on the main Dubai-Abu Dhabi highway. The strikingly beautiful aesthetics of the building makes it stand out amongst other buildings in this exclusive district allotted for top-notch high-rise buildings.

It was designed with finishes of extremely high standards, with well-planned use of floor space and excellent exterior views. The Ground Floor, the Mezzanine and the atrium are covered with a suspended wall glazing system.

A unique feature of the building is an attractive design which incorporates a cast aluminium Mashrabia external screen, with the design being mirrored internally to include timber screen elements within the entrance foyer, lift walls and mosaic flooring.

The Project also includes the construction of a multi-storey sixteen level car park structure, accommodating 307 cars. The value of the project was $US41 million and was completed on schedule, in December 1999.
