4 Star Hotel and Serviced Apartments, Dubai - U.A.E.

HPM was appointed as Project Manager for the design and construction phase of this hotel, comprising 120 guest rooms, rooftop swimming pool, a health club and basement car park facilities. The project completion was achieved in a very short duration of 12 months, which helped reduce the cost to merely $US5 million.
